儿童正畸中早期肌功能矫治技术的应用效果(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探究采用早期肌功能矫治技术开展儿童正畸治疗的应用效果。方法 在该院2017年6月—2018年6月期间接受正畸治疗的患儿中随机抽取78例作为研究对象,并利用随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组与参照组各39例。观察组采用早期肌功能矫治技术,参照组接受早期功能矫治治疗,但不开展肌功能训练。比較两组患儿的临床治疗效果。 结果 观察组患儿转位牙、倾斜牙矫正时间、治疗完成时间分别为(16.24±3.41)d、(16.37±3.43)d、(39.42±3.75)d均短于参照组(24.15±4.76)d、(28.72±4.68)d、(47.94±3.79)d,差异有统计学意义(t=8.436、13.292、9.980,P<0.001);观察组治疗后的SNB角、ANB角、UI-NA角分别为(76.28±3.14)°、(5.07±1.94)°、(23.08±3.19)°小于参照组(78.63±3.47)°、(6.35±1.76)°、(26.23±3.52)°,差异有统计学意义(t=3.136,P=0.002;t=3.052,P=0.003;t=4.141,P=0.001);观察组NP-FH角、男女ANS-Me高度值分别为(82.08±3.16)°、(59.21±2.26)°(58.02±3.71)°大于参照组(80.59±3.26)°、(58.22±1.72)°、(56.49±2.18)°,差异有统计学意义(t=2.049,P=0.044;t=2.177,P=0.033;t=2.220,P=0.029)。 结论 采用早期肌功能矫治技术开展儿童正畸治疗,可有效使患儿面型、牙齿排列得到改善,对患儿颌骨生长发挥良好的纠正作用,缩短矫正治疗时间。

    Application Effect of Early Muscular Function Correction Technique in Children with Orthodontics

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of orthodontic treatment in children with early muscle function correction technique. Methods A total of 78 children who underwent orthodontic treatment from June 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into observation group and reference group of 39 cases by random number table method. The observation group used early muscle function correction technique, and the reference group received early functional treatment, but did not perform muscle function training. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the correction time and the time of treatment of the inverted teeth and the treatment were (16.24±3.41)d, (16.37±3.43)d, and (39.42±3.75)d, respectively, which were shorter than the reference group (24.15±4.76)d, (28.72±4.68)d, (47.94±3.79)d, the difference was statistically significant (t=8.436, 13.292, 9.980, P<0.001); the SNB angle, ANB angle, and UI-NA angle after treatment in the observation group (76.28±3.14)°, (5.07±1.94)°, (23.08±3.19)° were smaller than the reference group (78.63±3.47)°, (6.35±1.76)°, (26.23±3.52)°, the difference is statistically significant, (t=3.136, P=0.002; t=3.052; P=0.003, t=4.141, P=0.001); observed group NP-FH angle, male and female ANS-Me height values were (82.08±3.16)°, ( 59.21±2.26)°(58.02±3.71)° is larger than the reference group (80.59±3.26)°, (58.22±1.72)°, (56.49±2.18)°, the difference is statistically significant (t=2.049, P=0.044; t=2.177; P=0.033; t=2.220, P=0.029).
