熊去氧胆酸联合S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗重度妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的效果探讨(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探討熊去氧胆酸联合S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗重度妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的效果。 方法 回顾性分析2015年7月—2018年7月该院90例重度妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为研究组(熊去氧胆酸+S-腺苷蛋氨酸)与对照组(熊去氧胆酸)。比较治疗效果。 结果 治疗后,研究组瘙痒症状积分为(0.62±0.11)分,低于对照组(1.15±0.21)分(t=14.997,P=0.000);治疗后,研究组TBA、TBIL、ALT、AST水平分别为(12.36±3.90)μmol/L、(21.05±2.85)μmol/L、(60.05±10.20)U/L、(65.05±10.50)U/L,低于对照组(26.85±4.35)μmol/L、(30.05±4.75)μmol/L、(85.10±15.50)U/L、(90.24±10.31)U/L(t=16.638、10.899、9.056、11.483,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000);研究组羊水粪污、早产儿、胎儿窘迫发生率分别为2.22%、2.22%、0.00%,均低于对照组17.78%、17.78%、13.33%(χ2=4.444、4.444、4.464,P=0.035、0.035、0.034)。 结论 重度妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症治疗中联用熊去氧胆酸、S-腺苷蛋氨酸可缓解症状,减少围产儿不良结局。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with S-adenosylmethionine in the treatment of severe intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with severe intrahepatic cholestasis of severe gestation in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.
