针灸结合中药熏蒸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討针灸结合中药熏蒸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院117例2016年8月—2018年11月颈肩腰腿痛患者。随机数字表分组，单一针灸治疗组采取针灸疗法治疗，针灸结合中药熏蒸治疗组则采取针灸疗法联合中药熏蒸法治疗。比较单一针灸治疗组、针灸结合中药熏蒸治疗组疗效;颈部疼痛、肩部疼痛、腰部疼痛和腿痛消失时间;治疗前后颈肩腰腿痛患者视觉模拟疼痛评分值、功能受限积分、肿胀积分、生活质量评分;不良反应。结果 针灸结合中药熏蒸治疗组疗效100.00%，高于单一针灸治疗组40例(68.97%)(χ2=8.844， P<0.05);针灸结合中药熏蒸治疗组颈部疼痛、肩部疼痛、腰部疼痛和腿痛消失时间更好(t=6.103、7.823、6.813、7.253， P<0.05)，针灸结合中药熏蒸治疗组颈部疼痛、肩部疼痛、腰部疼痛和腿痛消失时间分别是(8.51±2.68)d、(11.21±2.76)d、(15.77±2.12)d、(15.72±2.78)d。单一针灸治疗组颈部疼痛、肩部疼痛、腰部疼痛和腿痛消失时间分别是(10.57±2.79)d、(13.21±2.78)d、(17.24±2.57)d、(15.64±2.56)d。针灸结合中药熏蒸治疗组不良反应和单一针灸治疗组差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.633，P>0.05)，针灸结合中药熏蒸治疗组不良反应有2例皮肤局部发红。单一针灸治疗组有2例轻微头痛，有1例皮肤局部发红。结论 针灸疗法联合中药熏蒸法治疗颈肩腰腿痛的效果理想。

Clinical Analysis of Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation for Neck， Shoulder， Back and Leg Pain

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on neck and shoulder pain. Methods Convenient select a total of 117 patients with neck， shoulder， back and leg pain from August 2016 to November 2018 were enrolled in our hospital. Randomized digital table grouping， single acupuncture treatment group was treated with acupuncture therapy， and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment group was treated with acupuncture therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. Compare the efficacy of single acupuncture treatment group， acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment group; neck pain， shoulder pain， waist pain and leg pain disappearing time; visual simulation pain score， functional restriction score， swelling in patients with neck， shoulder， back and leg pain before and after treatment points， quality of life scores; side effects. Results The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment was 100.00%， which was higher than that of single acupuncture treatment group 40 cases(68.97%%)(χ2=8.844， P<0.05). Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment group neck pain， shoulder pain， waist pain and leg pain disappeared time was better(t=6.103， 7.823， 6.813，7.253， P<0.05). The disappearance time of neck pain， shoulder pain， lumbar pain and leg pain in acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation treatment group were (8.51±2.68)d and (11.21±2.76)d， (15.77±2.12)d， (15.72±2.78)d. The disappearance time of neck pain， shoulder pain， lumbar pain and leg pain in the single acupuncture treatment group were (10.57±2.79)d， (13.21±2.78)d， (17.24±2.57)d and (15.64±2.56)d， respectively. There was no significant difference between the side effects of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment group and single acupuncture treatment group(χ2=0.633， P>0.05). There were 2 cases of local redness in the side effects of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment group. There were 2 cases of mild headache in the single acupuncture treatment group and 1 case of local redness in the skin.
