[摘要] 目的 探讨霰粒肿刮匙搔刮治疗泪小管炎的临床效果。方法 方便选取2016年8月—2018年9月期间就诊于该院眼科门诊的泪小管炎患者29例，使用泪点扩张器扩张泪小点，将霰粒肿刮匙伸入泪小管搔刮泪小管内容物，治疗结束后应用抗生素眼药水滴眼1周，术后随访3个月。结果 所有患者均治愈，泪小点开放，未出现流脓，无红肿，泪道冲洗通畅，治疗有效率100%。 结论 应用霰粒肿刮匙搔刮治疗泪小管炎，方法简便，效果满意，是临床治疗泪小管炎的安全有效的方法之一。
