[Abstract] Objective To study the efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with trazodone in the treatment of anxiety disorders with sleep problems, and provide an effective basis for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 90 patients with anxiety disorders who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with trazodone, the experimental group was treated with trazodone combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation. The treatment period was 6 weeks. The changes of Pittsburgh Sleep Scale (PSQI) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores before and after treatment were investigated, and the clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the general data between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the HAMA and PSQI scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the HAMA scale scores of the experimental group were (6.1±3.3)points and PSQI (6.8±3.2)points better than the control group, the difference were statistically significant (t=3.625 8, 4.331 2, P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group (84.00%) was higher than that of the control group (53.30%), and the two groups were statistically significant (χ2=10.161 3, P<0.05). Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with trazodone in the treatment of anxiety disorders with sleep problems can significantly improve the quality of sleep and effectively relieve the anxiety of patients. The efficacy of this regimen is definite and worthy of clinical use., http://www.100md.com(杨茂增 何秀贞 梁光辉 夏韵妍 卢圳耿)
