多酶清洗液应用于消毒供应中心中的效果及护理干预分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探析在消毒供應中心中使用多酶清洗液对器械进行护理以及应用的效果。方法 选取 2017年10月—2018年10月该院消毒供应中心接收的270件各科室医疗器械作为研究对象,以清洗时使用清洗液的异同为基准,分为观察组(135件)、对照组(135件),观察组:低泡多酶清洗液护理,对照组:碱性清洗液进行护理,对比两组清洁满意度、清洁合格率、器械护理效果。结果 清洁满意度对比:观察组(97.78%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=32.637 4,P=0.000 0<0.05);清洁合格率对比:观察组(97.78%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=32.637 4,P=0.000 0<0.05);器械护理效果对比:观察组[器械回收及时度:(5.20±2.10)d;器械供给及时度:(5.50±2.20)d;优于对照组[器械回收及时度:(8.15±2.13)d;器械供给及时度:(9.66±2.10),差异有统计学意义(t=11.459 2,t=15.592 4,P=0.000 0,0.000 0)]。结论 多酶清洗液对医用器械的清洗效果有一定的优越性,清洗后满意度提升,且应用价值较为可观,不仅清洁满意度、清洁合格率较高,且器械回收及时度、器械供给及时度较好,值得借鉴。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of using multi-enzyme cleaning solution on the care and application of the equipment in the disinfection supply center. Methods A total of 270 medical devices of various departments received from the disinfection and supply center of our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects. The observation group (135 cases) and the control group (135 cases) were selected based on the similarities and differences of the cleaning solutions used during cleaning, observation group: low foam multi-enzyme cleaning solution, control group: alkaline cleaning solution for care, comparing the two groups of cleaning satisfaction, cleaning pass rate, instrument care effect. Results Comparison of cleaning satisfaction: the observation group(97.78%) was higher than the control group (73.33%), the difference was statistically significant(χ2=32.637 4, P=0.000 0 <0.05); comparison of cleaning pass rate: observation group (97.78%) was higher than the control group (73.33%), the difference was statistically significant(χ2=32.637 4, P=0.000 0 <0.05); comparison of instrument care effect: observation group [device recovery time: (5.20±2.10)d; instrument supply timeliness(5.50±2.20)d; better than the control group device recovery time: (8.15±2.13)d; device supply time: (9.66±2.10)d, the difference was statistically significant(t=11.459 2,15.592 4, P=0.000 0,0.000 0)]. Conclusion Multi-enzyme cleaning solution has certain superiority to the cleaning effect of medical instruments. The satisfaction after cleaning is improved, and the application value is considerable.
