探讨多层螺旋CT诊断老年冠心病冠状动脉狭窄程度与左心室收缩功能的价值(1)
[摘要] 目的 对老年冠心病患者进行多层螺旋CT诊断，探究对冠状动脉狭窄程度与左心室收缩功能诊断中的应用价值。方法 截取2017年1月—2018年12月作为研究时间，按照入组标准方便选取研究对象118例，依据病症轻重程度区分为3组，分别命名为重症组(25例)、中症组(42例)、轻症组(51例)，对所有患者均采取多层螺旋CT诊断、超声心动图诊断，通过比较两种诊断方式得出左心室各项相关指标数据以及功能参数与各组间冠状动脉狭窄程度的关系，确定多层螺旋CT诊断价值。结果 MDCT诊断中左心室功能相关指标[(129.94±12.51)mL、(42.98±5.84)mL、(67.08±5.70)%、(90.56±9.48)mL、(34.89±2.90)%、(114.16±16.75)g]与Echo诊断[(129.15±13.48)mL、(42.55±6.56)mL、(67.54±5.11)%、(89.97±8.21)mL、(34.65±1.13)%、(114.98±15.15)g]，差异無统计学意义(t=0.466 6、0.531 8、0.652 7、0.511 1、0.837 6、0.394 4，P>0.05)。结论 在老年冠心病患者中开展多层螺旋CT诊断，可明确患者冠状动脉狭窄情况，检测器左心室收缩功能，应用价值显著。
