心脏瓣膜置换术治疗巨大左心室心脏瓣膜病的临床效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析巨大左心室心臟瓣膜病患者采用心脏瓣膜置换术的临床治疗效果。方法 随机选择该院在 2016年2月—2018年8月期间收治的25例巨大左心室心脏瓣膜病患者，均采用心脏辨膜置换术进行治疗，观察患者的临床效果。结果 患者术前抑郁评分(11.43±6.12)分、焦虑评分(16.85±4.84)分和生活质量评分(76.14±8.23)分和术后3个月的抑郁评分(8.35±4.44)分、焦虑评分(11.48±4.21)分和生活质量评分(80.84±8.10)分，组间差异有统计学意义(t=2.036 7、4.185 6、2.035 0，P=0.047 2、0.000 1、0.047 4 <0.05)。患者术后1周、3个月的LVEDD(63.32±9.84)mm、(57.65±9.12)mm和LVESD(48.64±10.12)mm、(40.12±11.20)mm呈下降趋势，与术前对比组间差异有统计学意义(t=6.514 5，9.045 5，4.594 7、7.227 4，P=0.000 0、0.000 0、0.000 0、0.000 0 <0.05)。结论 心脏瓣膜置换术治疗巨大左心室心脏瓣膜病患者的临床效果显著，可以有效改善患者心功能情况，降低患者死亡率，提高生活质量，可以在临床治疗中推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of heart valve replacement in patients with massive left ventricular valvular heart disease. Methods Twenty-five patients with giant left ventricular valvular heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to August 2018 were randomly selected for treatment with cardiac discectomy. The clinical effects of the patients were observed. Results The preoperative depression score (11.43±6.12)points， anxiety score (16.85±4.84)points and quality of life score (76.14±8.23)points， and postoperative depression score (8.35±4.44)points and anxiety score (11.48±4.21)points and quality of life scores (80.84±8.10)points， with academic significance (t=2.036 7， 4.185 6，2.035 0，P=0.047 2，0.000 1，0.047 4 <0.05). Patients with LVEDD (63.32±9.84) mm， (57.65±9.12) mm， and LVESD (48.64±10.12) mm， (40.12±11.20) mm showed a downward trend at 1 week and 3 months after surgery， compared with preoperative， the difference between the groups was statistically significant (t=6.514 5，9.045 5，4.594 7，7.227 4，P=0.000 0， 0.000 0，0.000 0，0.000 0 <0.05).
