不同剂量倍生颗粒对慢性肾衰血透微炎症的效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨不同剂量倍生颗粒对慢性肾衰血透微炎症的效果。 方法 方便選取2017年1月—2018年12月期间该院治疗的慢性肾衰血透微炎症患者90例作为研究对象，应用随机数字法将其分为研究组和对照组，每组45例。对照组按常规剂量治疗;研究组按不同剂量治疗。对比两组的IL-6、hs-CRP、BMI、治疗效果、不良反应。 结果 研究组治疗后的IL-6、hs-CRP、BMI分别为(102.54±6.12)pg/L、(10.11±2.82)mg/L、(22.29±1.27)kg/m2明显优于对照组的(109.82±7.32)pg/L、(11.31±2.92)mg/L、(20.31±1.38)kg/m2;研究组治疗后有效率为95.56%显著高于对照组82.22%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.050，P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率为4.44%明显低于对照组的13.33%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.968，P<0.05)。结论 需患者的实际情况，以不同剂量倍生颗粒对慢性肾衰竭血透患者微炎症进行治疗，可有效提升治疗效果，降低不良反应发生率。在临床管理中，值得推荐应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of Beisheng Granule on hemodialysis of chronic renal failure. Methods Ninety patients with chronic renal failure and microinflammation who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were Conveniently selected into the study. They were randomly divided into study group and control group， with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional doses; the study group was treated with different doses. The IL-6， hs-CRP， BMI， therapeutic effects， and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The IL-6， hs-CRP and BMI of the study group were (102.54±6.12) pg/L， (10.11±2.82) mg/L， and (22.29±1.27) kg/m2， respectively， significantly better than the control group (109.82±7.32) pg/L， (11.31±2.92) mg/L， (20.31±1.38) kg/m2; the effective rate after treatment in the study group was 95.56%， higher than that of 82.22% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.050， P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.44% significantly lower than 13.33% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.968， P<0.05). Conclusion According to the actual situation of patients， the treatment of microinflammation in patients with chronic renal failure hemodialysis with different doses of granules can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. In clinical management， it is recommended to apply.
