健脾合剂联合美莎拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎脾虚湿蕴型86例(1)
[摘要] 目的 通过对溃疡性结肠炎脾虚湿蕴型患者分别进行健脾合剂和美沙拉嗪治疗，观察其临床效果，探究不同治疗方案的临床应用特征。方法 从2016年1月—2018年12月来该院诊治的脾虚湿蕴型溃疡性结肠炎患者中随机抽取172例，采用随机数字法随机分为对照组86例：采用美沙拉嗪治疗，治疗组86例：采用美沙拉嗪+健脾合剂治疗，观察两组临床效果。结果 治疗组治疗后症状积分腹痛为(2.97±0.73)分高于对照组(t=8.563，P<0.05)，里急后重为(2.79±1.52)分高于对照组(t=8.135，P<0.05)，腹泻为(2.98±0.62)分高于对照组(t=8.095，P<0.05)，脓血便为(2.70±0.63)分高于對照组(t=8.642，P<0.05);治疗组疗程总有效率为95.34%高于对照组(87.21%)(χ2=8.945，P<0.05)。 结论 健脾合剂联合美沙拉嗪可有提高溃疡性结肠炎脾虚湿蕴型患者的治疗效果，临床症状得到快速缓解，是一项值得临床推广应用的治疗方案。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effects of Jianpi Mixture and Mesalazine in patients with ulcerative colitis and spleen deficiency and dampness， and to explore the clinical application characteristics of different treatment options. Methods A total of 172 patients with spleen-deficiency and ulcerative colitis from January 2016 to December 2018 in the hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into the control group by 86 patients： treated with mesalazine. 86 patients in the treatment group： treated with mesalazine + Jianpi mixture， the clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The score of symptom after treatment，abdominal pain in the treatment group was (2.97±0.73)points， which was higher than that in the control group (t=8.563， P<0.05). The weight after urgency was (2.79±1.52)points， which was higher than that of the control group (t=8.135， P<0.05)， and the diarrhea was (2.98±0.62)points， higher than the control group (t=8.095， P<0.05)， the pus and blood was (2.70±0.63) points higher than the control group (t=8.642， P<0.05); the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.34% higher than the control group (87.21%) (χ2=8.945， P<0.05). Conclusion Jianpi mixture combined with mesalazine can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with ulcerative colitis and spleen deficiency and dampness， and the clinical symptoms can be quickly relieved.
