妊娠妇女行甲状腺功能检测的临床价值分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探究针对妊娠期妇女给予甲状腺功能检测的应用价值。 方法 方便择取2018年1—12月期间到该院进行检查的妊娠期妇女86名为妊娠组,择取同期的86名育龄妇女(未妊娠)为育龄组,所有172名妇女均接受甲状腺功能检验,对比两组妇女的甲状腺功能及甲状腺疾病患病情况,甲状腺功能包括三碘甲状腺原氨酸(游离)FT3、甲状腺素T4、三碘甲状腺原氨酸T3、甲状腺素(游离)FT4、促甲状腺素TSH。结果 妊娠组妇女的T3、FT3指标与育龄组妇女近似,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);妊娠组妇女的T4、FT4、TSH指标低于育龄组妇女,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);妊娠组妇女甲亢、甲减及其他甲状腺疾病的患病率分为8.14%、10.47%、12.79%,均高低于育龄组妇女患病率1.16%、2.32%、2.32%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.720、4.759、6.740,P=0.030、0.029、0.009<0.05)。结论 针对妊娠期妇女给予甲状腺功能检测,能够对妊娠妇女的甲状腺功能进行正确评估,提供给疾病诊断依据,且有利于妇女健康和优生优育,具有重要的临床意义,值得推广和应用。

    Clinical Value Analysis of Thyroid Function Test in Pregnant Women

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of thyroid function test in pregnant women. Methods convenitnt selected 86 pregnant women who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the pregnancy group. 86 women of childbearing age (not pregnant) were selected as the childbearing age group, and all 172 women accepted Thyroid function test, comparing the thyroid function and thyroid disease in two groups of women, thyroid function including triiodothyronine (free) FT3, thyroxine T4, triiodothyronine T3, thyroxine (free) FT4, thyrotropin TSH. Results The T3 and FT3 indexes of the pregnant women were similar to those of the women of childbearing age. There was no statistical difference between the groups (P>0.05). The T4, FT4 and TSH indexes of the pregnant women were lower than those of the women of the childbearing age,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The prevalence of hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and other thyroid diseases in women in pregnancy group was 8.14%, 10.47%, 12.79%, and the prevalence of women was lower than that of women of childbearing age by 1.16%, 2.32%, 2.32%. There were statistical differences between the groups(χ2=4.720, 4.759, 6.740, P=0.030, 0.029, 0.009<0.05). Conclusion The thyroid function test for pregnant women can correctly evaluate the thyroid function of pregnant women, provide the basis for disease diagnosis, and is beneficial to women's health and prenatal and postnatal care.
