[摘要] 目的 探究妇炎康治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效。方法 方便选择2017年3月—2018年3月该院收治的200例慢性盆腔炎患者，随机分为两组，对照组接受常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上接受妇炎康治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果。结果 ①观察组治疗有效率92.0%;对照组治疗有效率69.0%，组间差异有统计学意义( χ2=10.959， P<0.05)。②观察组白带异常消失时间(5.1±0.9)d、腹痛消失时间(2.2±0.8)d、包块消失时间(6.1±1.5)d显著低于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义( t=8.890，10.390，6.950，P<0.05)。③观察组不良反应几率5.0%，对照组不良反应几率22.0%，组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.242， P<0.05)。 结论 妇炎康治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效显著，值得临床推广。
