[摘要] 目的 分析低分子肝素钙用于创伤骨折患者中的效果，总结有效护理方法。方法 方便选择该院2018年1月—2019年2月中121例创伤骨折患者为对象，全部患者均接受低分子肝素钙脐周皮下注射，同时对患者实施相应护理。结果 121例患者均没有出现深静脉血栓形成，5例患者注射部位有瘀斑及皮下瘀血表现，2例患者注射部位出现轻微疼痛、硬结，没有出现其他各类并发症。结论 创伤骨折患者接受低分子肝素钙皮下注射，同时辅以有效的护理干预，有助于降低深静脉血栓形成出现的风险，提升患者住院期间安全度，加快患者康复。
