微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸的效果分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 分析口腔正畸采用微創种植体支抗的临床应用效果。方法 该研究对象为方便选择2017年1月—2018年12月于该院接受口腔正畸治疗的患者84例,对其进行随机分组,对照组均采取传统强支抗治疗,观察组患者均采取微型种植体支抗治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果,统计并分析各组患者治疗后口腔相关指标差异,计算患者并发症发生概率。 结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率97.62%明显优于对照组76.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.470,P<0.05)。同时观察组患者经治疗后,磨牙移位(3.15±0.22)mm、上中切牙倾角差(14.23±2.15)°、上中切牙凸差距(2.28±0.41)mm、SNA(-2.03±0.24)°、SNB(1.47±0.32)°均明显优对照组(t=31.540、19.350、12.050、11.450、10.780,P<0.05)。观察组患者发生并发症的概,4.76%较对照组33.33%相比更低(χ2=11.120,P<0.05)。结论 口腔正畸治疗采取微型种植体支抗效果更佳,并且能一定程度降低并发症概率,值得临床应用推广。

    Analysis of the Effect of Micro-implant Anchorage in Orthodontics

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods The study subjects convenienty selected 84 patients who received orthodontic treatment in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018. They were randomly divided into groups. The control group was treated with traditional strong anchorage. The observation group was treated with microimplantation. Physical anchorage treatment, comparing the treatment effect of the two groups of patients, statistics and analysis of the differences in oral related indicators of patients in each group, and calculating the probability of complications. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.62%, which was significantly better than that in the control group 76.19%. The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 8.470,P<0.05). At the same time, in the observation group, after the treatment, the molar displacement was (3.15 ± 0.22) mm, the difference between the incisor angle of the upper and middle incisors was (14.23±2.15) °, and the difference between the protrusions of the upper and middle incisors was (2.28±0.41)mm,SNA(-2.03±0.24)°,SNB (1.47±0.32) ° were significantly better than the control group(t=31.540, 19.350, 12.050, 11.450, 10.780, P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76% lower than that in the control group(33.33%)(χ2=11.120, P<0.05). Conclusion Micro-implant anchorage is more effective in orthodontic treatment, and can reduce the probability of complications to a certain extent, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion., http://www.100md.com(鲍志刚)
