行辅助生殖技术患者实施综合护理干预的效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析綜合护理干预对行辅助生殖技术的患者起到的具体效果。方法 研究对象方便选择该院于2018年1月—2019年6月期间内70例接受辅助生殖技术进行治疗的不孕患者，将其按照数字随机法划分为观察组和对照组，每组35例。两组患者均采用常规护理措施，让患者保持良好的生活习惯，防止过度劳累或产生其它心理问题，在基础护理方面做好体温监测与排卵监测。观察组在常规护理措施的基础上实施综合护理干预，并且在护理过程结束后通过焦虑、抑郁评定量表评估患者的心理精神状态，然后对比两组患者在护理干预后1年内的受孕情况，判定综合护理干预的作用。结果 该次研究结果表明，在精神状态方面观察组的焦虑评分(52.9±2.6)分与抑郁评分(55.9±3.0)分都要显著低于对照组，数据结果差异有统计学意义(t=3.389、3.458，P<0.05);在妊娠情况方面，观察组患者护理后妊娠率68.6% vs 42.9%，数据结果差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.509，P<0.05)。结论 对于行辅助生殖技术的患者而言，综合护理干预能够改善其心理状态，通过良好的健康教育让不孕症患者以更正确的态度面对妊娠过程，保障较高的受孕率。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the specific effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology. Methods The study subjects convenient selectly selected 70 infertility patients who received assisted reproduction technology in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the digital random method，with 35 cases in each group. Both groups of patients adopt routine nursing measures to allow patients to maintain good living habits，prevent overwork or other psychological problems，and perform temperature monitoring and ovulation monitoring in basic care. The observation group implemented comprehensive nursing interventions on the basis of conventional nursing measures，and assessed the patients' mental state through the anxiety and depression assessment scale after the end of the nursing process，and then compared the pregnancy status of the two groups of patients within 1 year after the nursing intervention to determine the role of comprehensive nursing interventions. Results The results of this study showed that the anxiety score (52.9±2.6) and depression score (55.9±3.0) of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group in terms of mental state(t=3.389，3.458，P<0.05)，with statistical significance; in terms of pregnancy，the pregnancy rate of patients in the observation group after nursing was 68.6% VS 42.9%，and the data results were significantly different (χ2=5.509，P<0.05)，which was statistically significant. Conclusion For patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology，comprehensive nursing intervention can improve their psychological status. Through good health education，infertility patients can face the pregnancy process with a more correct attitude and ensure a higher conception rate.
