以人为本的理念在精神科护理工作中的应用效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨“以人为本”的护理理念在精神科患者临床护理中的应用价值和实际效果。方法 采用随机数表分组法，将方便选取该院2017年6月—2018年6月收治的98例精神疾病患者分为两组，每组49例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组采取以人文本的护理模式，对比两组病人的康复效果及护理质量。 结果 ①与护理前相比，护理后观察组患者的IPROS(住院精神患者康复疗效评定表)总体评分的降低分值显著优于对照组(t=25.293，P=0.000 <0.05)，其中观察组的依从度评分(t=10.825，P=0.000)、社交能力评分(t=10.107，P=0.000)、情感评分(t=7.717，P=0.032)的改善水平也均優于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②护理1个月后由患者家属对护理工作的满意度进行打分，观察组护理满意度为95.9%(47/49)，也明显高于对照组的75.5%(37/49)(χ2=4.363，P=0.029 <0.05)。 结论 在精神疾病患者的临床护理中引入“以人为本”的理念，有助于缓解患者不良情绪、提高治疗依从度、促进患者社会功能康复，进而提高护理质量，值得运用与实践。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value and actual effect of "people-oriented" nursing concept in clinical nursing of psychiatric patients. Methods Using random number table grouping method， Convenient select 98 patients with mental illness admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into two groups， 49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care. The observation group was given a human text. Comparison of the rehabilitation effect and quality of care between two groups of patients. Results 1.Compared with before nursing， the reduction score of the overall score of IPROS (Rehabilitation Effectiveness Evaluation Table for Inpatient Psychiatric Patients) in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (t=25.293， P=0.000， P<0.05)， among which the improvement of compliance score (t=10.825， P=0.000)， social ability score (t=10.107， P=0.000)， and emotional score (t=7.717， P=0.032) in the observation group were all better than the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 2.After 1 month of nursing， the patient's family scored the satisfaction of the nursing work， and the observation group's nursing satisfaction was 95.9% (47/49)， which was also significant It was higher than 75.5% (37/49) of the control group(χ2=4.363， P=0.029， P<0.05). Conclusion The introduction of the "people-oriented" concept in the clinical care of patients with mental illness can help alleviate the bad mood of patients， improve the compliance of treatment， promote the rehabilitation of patients' social functions， and then improve the quality of care.
