[摘要] 目的 调研和分析儿童人文关怀护理对黄体期卵巢刺激方案治疗卵巢功能下降患者心理状况的干预作用。方法 方便选取该院2017年2月—2019年2月收治的160例卵巢功能下降患者纳入至该次研究，依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(80例)与观察组(80例)，两组患者皆给予黄体期卵巢刺激方案治疗，在此基础上，对照组给予常规护理，观察组则行人文关怀护理，比较两组患者心理状态，统计生活质量评分以及护理满意度。结果 对照组SAS评分、SDS评分显著高于观察组，各项生活质量评分低于观察组，护理满意度86.25%低于观察组98.75%(χ2=11.261，P<0.05)。结论 经黄体期卵巢刺激方案治疗的过程中采用人文关怀护理可有效改善患者的心理状态，提升患者的生活质量。
