[摘要] 目的 探讨提上睑肌-眶隔融合部在切开重睑术中的辨认及对重睑成形术后重睑稳定性的作用。方法 方便选取2016年9月—2018年7月期间在该院实施切开重睑术的42例患者作为研究对象，患者均在手术过程中实施准确辨识提上睑肌-眶隔融合线，彻底去除脱垂的眶隔膜及眶隔脂肪的方法行重睑成形术，并观察其是否愈合、出现感染、血肿，以及重睑线稳定性。结果 采用该方法对42例单睑患者行重睑成形术，术后随访6～18个月，重睑线无消失或变浅。结论 对提上睑肌-眶隔融合部的准确理解在重睑形成术中至关重要。重睑成形术中仔细辨认提上睑肌-眶隔融合线，彻底去除脱垂的眶隔膜及眶隔脂肪，可预防重睑成形术后重睑线消失或变浅，效果确切。
