综上所述，子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切术后宫内放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓解系统(LNG-IUS)可抑制子宫内膜增生、提高血红蛋白水平、降低子宫内膜息肉复发率。但由于该研究样本量较少，随访时间较短，远期效果仍需要大样本、多中心的前瞻性试验证实。
