突发性耳聋的影响因素分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 分析突发性耳聋与血脂代谢、凝血功能之间存在的相关性。方法 方便选取2015年2月—2019年2月125例突发性耳聋患者为对象,视作耳聋组,另外在这一时间段内该院接受体检的健康者100名为参照,视作对照组,均进行血脂指标、凝血指标测定,分析结果。 结果 耳聋组凝血指标PLT、PT、APTT、FIB水平分别为(223.06±23.28)×109/L、(9.76±2.68)s、(23.39±1.52)s、(3.52±0.39)g/L,对照组分别为(166.38±20.30)×109/L、(12.95±3.50)s、(29.64±2.40)s、(2.38±0.30)g/L,差异有统计学意义(t=19.197、7.742、24.147、24.079,P<0.05);耳聋组凝血指标PLT、PT、APTT、FIB水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,影响突发性耳聋发生的独立危险因素包括血脂TC、TG指标及凝血FIB、PLT指标。结论 突发性耳聋与血脂代谢、凝血功能存在一定关联,血脂指标及凝血指标联系突发性耳聋的发生及进展。

    Analysis of Influencing Factors of Sudden Deafness

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the correlation between sudden deafness and blood lipid metabolism and coagulation function. Methods 125 patients with sudden deafness from February 2015 to February 2019 were conveniently selected as deafness group. In addition, 100 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during this period were regarded as control group. Blood lipid index and coagulation index were measured and the results were analyzed. Results The levels of coagulation index PLT, PT, APTT, FIB in deafness group were (223.06±23.28)×109/L and (9.76±2.68) s, (23.39±1.52) s, (3.52±0.39) g/L, the control group was (166.38±20.30)×109/L, (12.95±3.50) s, (29.64±2.40) s, (2.38±0.30) g/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=19.197, 7.742, 24.147, 24.079, P<0.05), and the PLT, PT, APTT, FIB level of coagulation index in deafness group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that independent risk factors for sudden deafness included blood lipid TC, TG Index and coagulation FIB, PLT index. Conclusion Sudden deafness is related to blood lipid metabolism and coagulation function, and blood lipid index and coagulation index are related to the occurrence and progress of sudden deafness.

    突發性耳聋属于耳鼻喉科的一类多发急症,发病后患者听力会在3 d内出现大幅度下降,属于一类感音神经性听力异常疾病,部分患者还会同时出现呕吐、眩晕、耳鸣症状,对患者生活质量存在严重影响[1]。临床发现免疫介导、内耳微循环障碍、病毒感染和突发性耳聋的发生有紧密联系,其中内耳微循环障碍被视作突发性耳聋发生的重要病理基础。而脂代谢异常是导致微循环的重要原因,凝血功能也被认为与突发性耳聋之间存在明显相关性[2]。该研究以该院2015年2月—2019年2月125例耳聋患者为对象,通过测定血脂及凝血指标,具体分析突发性耳聋与血脂代谢、凝血功能间的相关性,报道如下。, 百拇医药(喻叶红 严志松 刘晓夏 徐晨晨)
