普米克令舒氧气雾化吸入与沐舒坦口服联合治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究氧氣雾化吸入普米克令舒+口服沐舒坦在新生儿肺炎中的可行性。方法 研究在依据纳入标准、排除标准的基础方便选取新生儿肺炎患儿80例,收治时间为2018年10月—2019年10月。随机分为参照组(n=40)经口服沐舒坦进行治疗,观察组(n=40)经氧气雾化吸入普米克令舒+口服沐舒坦进行治疗。对患儿的临床治疗效果、炎症指标分析对比。结果 观察组的总有效率(97.5%)较参照组(77.5%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.314,P<0.05)。治疗后患儿上述指标均下降[观察组IL-2(40.12±1.52)ng/L、IL-6(23.24±0.24)ng/L、IL-10(4.02±0.25)ng/L,优于对照组的(45.25±0.16)ng/L、(33.42±0.10)ng/L、(8.79±0.10)ng/L],且治疗后观察组的数值均较参照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=12.310,P=0.010;t=13.010,P<0.001;t=13.45,P<0.001)。观察组患儿发热、咳嗽、呼吸急促、肺部啰音消失时间[(3.24±0.11)d、(4.17±0.24)d、(3.07±0.35)d、(4.53±0.25)d]较参照组短[(6.38±0.15)d、(7.80±0.15)d、(7.68±0.11)d、(8.87±0.18)d],差异有统计学意义(t=12.450,P<0.001;t=13.320,P<0.001;t=11.210,P<0.001;t=12.420,P=0.010)。结论 对新生儿肺炎行氧气雾化吸入普米克令舒+口服沐舒坦治疗,对患儿炎症反应有改善效果,疗效确切。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the feasibility of oxygen atomized inhalation of Pulmicort Resul and oral mucosol in neonatal pneumonia. Methods A total of 80 children with neonatal pneumonia were convenient selected in the study based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The admission period was from October 2018 to October 2019. Randomly divided into the reference group (n=40) received oral mucosulfan for treatment, and the observation group (n=40) received oxygen atomization inhalation of Pulmicort Resul+ oral mucosulfan for treatment. Analysis and comparison of clinical treatment effects and inflammation indicators in children. Results The total effective rate (97.5%) of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group (77.5%), which was statistically significant (χ2=7.314, P<0.05). After treatment, the above indicators of the children were decreased[in the observation group, IL-2 (40.12±1.52) ng/L, IL-6 (23.24±0.24) ng/L, IL-10 (4.02±0.25) ng/L, better than the control group (45.25±0.16) ng/L , (33.42±0.10) ng/L, (8.79±0.10) ng/L], and the values of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(t=12.310, P=0.010; t=13.010, P<0.001; t=13.450, P<0.001). The observation group in fever, cough, shortness of breath, and disappearance of lung rales were (3.24±0.11) d, (4.17±0.24) d, (3.07±0.35) d, (4.53±0.25) d, compared to the reference group was short [(6.38±0.15)d, (7.80±0.15)d, (7.68±0.11)d, (8.87±0.18)d], the difference was statistically significant (t=12.450, P<0.001; t=13.320, P<0.001; t=11.210, P<0.001; t=12.420, P=0.010). Conclusion The treatment of neonatal pneumonia with oxygen atomized inhalation of Pulmicort Resul and oral mucosulfan can improve the inflammatory response in children with definite curative effect., http://www.100md.com(胡冰玉 叶立伟)
