[摘要] 花粉症是花粉作为致敏原诱发机体产生的一类变态反应疾病。主要临床症状包括变应性结膜炎、过敏性鼻炎、哮喘等。近几十年来儿童花粉症发病率呈上升趋势。我国范围内夏秋季花粉症临床症状较严重，严重影响患儿生活及学习。该文就儿童夏秋季花粉症的研究进展做简单论述，包括定义、流行病学、发病机制、相关疾病、检查方法、影响因素及治疗等方面。
