    摘要：影响分娩的主要因素有产力，产道，胎儿，精神因素。其中精神因素起到越来越重要的作用，不容忽视。我们应该科学的进行护理干预，以保证分娩的顺利进行，降低剖宫产率，提高产科质量。

    Nursing and the influences of psychological factors on the delivery

    Abstracts： there are several main factors that can influence a successful childbirth， such as uterine actions， birth canals， fe原tuses and mental conditions of mothers. However， nowadays， the mental condition has played a more important role than other fac原tors. so ， we should pay more pay attention to it and provide scientific nursing intervention to would- be mothers， in order to reduce the rate of cesarean . Thus the efficiency and quality of the apartment of gynaecology and obstetrics can be improved and the suc原cess of delivery can be guaranteed.
