摘 要：近几年来老年患急性阑尾炎的比例有所增加，本文通过对60岁以上老年急性阑尾炎手术进行各个数据分析，介绍老年人在患急性阑尾炎在时间上、临床体现、体温、血WBC等因素上的不同，希望引起医者的注意，最后总结出特征及应对措施。
