    针药治疗创伤性滑膜炎的临床研究进展

    【摘要】创伤性滑膜炎是一种常见的骨科软组织损伤疾病，属中医学“痹症”范畴，其中尤以膝关节居多。创伤性滑膜炎可分急性与慢性两种类型，治疗方法各异。本文整理、分析了近年来国内中医药治疗本病的经验，选取了符合要求的临床研究文献，从中药为主、针灸为主、针药结合和中医综合治疗方法四个方面对中医治疗本病的临床研究作了回顾性分析。结果显示，针药结合疗法在对本病的临床治疗中占有较大比例，其临床效果确切，治疗方便。此外，中医综合疗法是本病临床研究中的创新疗法，多措并举，以中药为方，针刺为术，佐以推拿按摩综合治疗，能更好地发挥各种手段的长处，综合性强，疗效颇佳，可作为本病临床研究的切实参考依据。

    Abstract【】Traumatic synovitis is a common soft tissue injury disease in orthopedic, which belongs to the category of “bi disease”, and this disease happens in knee joints normally.Traumatic synovitis can be divided into two types such as acute and chronic and with different treatments respectively.This paper arranges and analyzes the experience in treating this disease with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).Clinical research literatures accorded with requirement are included, and the retrospective analysis on treating this disease with TCM therapies such as TCM herbs therapy, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, therapy of combination with acupuncture and TCM, and TCM comprehensive therapy is carried out.Results show that therapy of combination with acupuncture and TCM occupies a fairly large proportion in the treatments of this disease with obvious clinical effect and advantage of convenient treatment.In addition, TCM comprehensive therapy is an innovative therapy in clinical researches of this disease with more measures simultaneous, strong comprehensiveness and good clinical curative effect, which can play the specialties of each therapy based on the combination with traditional prescriptions, acupuncture and massage, and provide reference basis for clinical researches on this disease. ......
