[摘要] 甲状腺乳头状癌的治疗预后虽然较好,但是同样具有恶性肿瘤侵袭、转移的生物学特性。MMPs在肿瘤的侵袭、转移过程中发挥了重要的作用,尤其是其家族成员中的MMP-2(基质金属蛋白酶-2或明胶酶)的研究,提示在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中呈高阳性,高水平表达与良性病变有明显的统计学差异。本文结合近年来对MMP-2在甲状腺疾病中研究的国内外报道文献,综述MMP-2在甲状腺乳头状癌的研究状况,展望未来的研究方向。
