宫腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症68例临床分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨宫腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症的临床效果。方法:对本院2005年3月～2008年12月行宫腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症68例与同期单纯行宫腔镜诊治不孕症60例对比,观察两种方法对不孕症的病因检出率及术后妊娠率的影响。结果:联合检查发现病变61例,阳性率为89.7%,单纯宫腔镜检查发现病变38例,阳性率为63.3%,对所有病变分别给予治疗,随访2年,联合组及对照组术后妊娠率分别为39.7%、16.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论:宫腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症,诊治一体,病因检出率高,治疗效果好,值得推广。

    Application of hysteroscope combined with laparoscope in diagnosing and treating patients with infertility

    [Abstract] Objective:To evaluate the value of hysteroscope combined with laparoscope in diagnosing and treating patients with infertility. Methods:The positive rate of discovery, and the pregnancy rate, were discussed for the data of 68 cases with infertility who were diagnosed and treated by using hysteroscope combined with laparoscope(group A) compared to that 60 cases who were diagnosed and treated by using hysteroscope only (group B) collected from Mar. 2005 to Dec. 2008 in our hospital. Results:The positive rate in group A was 89.7 percent among all the 61 cases, while that in group B was 63.3 percent among all the 60 cases. All the patients were treated and followed up the postoperation for 2 years. The pregnancy rate was 39.7 percent in the group A compared to that of 16.7 percent in the group B. There were statistically significant differences between the two methods and groups(P<0.01). Conclusion:The advantage for combined hysteroscope with laparoscope are less trauma, better treatment effect, and the diagnosis and treatment of both in abdomen and pelvic cavity can be done in the same time, and it is a preferable way of treating patients with infertility.

    多年来,不孕症的问题一直困扰着患者及医务工作者。以往,不孕症被当作“疑难杂症”来治疗,但收效甚微。近年来,宫腹腔镜及辅助生育技术的推广,为不孕症诊治开辟了新的途径,因不孕而就诊的人数也越来越多。本院自2005年3月始开展了宫腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症技术,取得良好效果。现报道如下:
