盆炎降支颗粒剂联合阿奇霉素治疗女性生殖道解脲支原体感染脾虚湿蕴化热型40例(1)

[摘要] 目的:观察盆炎降支颗粒剂联合阿奇霉素治疗女性生殖道解脲支原体感染脾虚湿蕴化热型的临床疗效。方法:将40例女性生殖道解脲支原体感染患者随机分为两组,治疗组20例予盆炎降支颗粒剂联合阿奇霉素片口服,对照组20例口服阿奇霉素片。两组均连用3周,比较两组间疗效、临床症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为90%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中医证候疗效,治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为85%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在改善临床症状方面优于对照组,对白带异常、外阴瘙痒、腰腹疼痛、小便不适等症状具有良好的改善作用。结论:盆炎降支颗粒剂联合阿奇霉素是治疗女性生殖道解脲支原体感染的有效治疗方法,在改善临床症状方面优于单用阿奇霉素,具有减少阴道菌群失调的优势,值得进一步研究和临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Pen Yan Jiang Zhi Granule united azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma infection in genital tract. Methods: 40 cases female patients who showed Ureapiasma urealyticum (Uu) were randomly divided into treatment group (treated with Pen Yan Jiang Zhi Granule united Azithromycin) and control group (treated with azithromycin).The treatment course was 3 weeks. Compared with two groups of curative effects and the improvement situations of clinical symptoms. Results: Comprehensive curative effect,the total effective rate of treatment group was 95%,control group's was 90%,the treatment group obviously surpassed the control group(P<0.05). Curative effect of TCM symptom,the total effective rate of treatment group was 100%, control group's was 85%,the treatment group obviously surpassed the control group(P<0.05). The treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of clinical symptom. Conclusion: Pen Yan Jiang Zhi Granule united azithromycin is proved of being effective on treatment of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection, is better than azithromycin alone in the improvement of clinical symptom,and has advantages to reduce the vaginal flora. It is worth further researching widely using on clinic.
