无创呼吸机在肺栓塞导致呼吸衰竭患者治疗中的应用(1)

     [摘要] 目的:研究与探讨无创呼吸机在肺栓塞导致呼吸衰竭患者治疗中的应用。方法:2008年9月~2009年10月,选择本院呼吸科在肺栓塞导致呼吸衰竭的患者58例,并随机分为两组。治疗组在常规治疗(药物治疗+吸氧)基础上加用无创机械通气治疗;对照组采用常规治疗。观察监测患者治疗前后的临床指标与动脉血气分析。结果:治疗组在采用无创机械通气治疗后,其pH值、PaO2,PaCO2与治疗前相比具有明显的改善,经比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗24 h其PaO2与PaCO2相比,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的插管率经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机在肺栓塞导致呼吸衰竭患者治疗中的应用可有效改善患者的病情,并减少了住院时间和并发症的发生。

    The application of noninvasive breathing machines′ treatment to respiratory failure patient caused by pulmonary embolism

    [Abstract] Objective: To research and explore noninvasive breathing machines in pulmonary embolism cause respiratory failure patient treatment of application. Methods: From September 2008 to October 2009, choose an tifert in pulmonary embolism cause respiratory failure patients, and 58 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group in routine therapy (drug therapy + oxygen) add a noninvasive based on mechanical entilation, The control group by routine treatment. Observed monitor patients before and after the treatment of clinical indicators and arterial blood gas analyzed. Results: Treatment group in using noninvasive mechanical entilation, after the pH value, PaO2,PaCO2 and before treatment compared with obvious improvement, by comparison were (P<0.05) difference was statistically significant. The treatment group therapy compared with PaO2 24 hours its PaCO2 were significant difference (P<0.05) were difference was statistically significant. The two groups after treating intubation rate by comparison with significant difference (P<0.05) difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Noninvasive breathing machines in pulmonary embolism cause respiratory failure patient treatment can effectively improve the application of the patient and reduces the length of hospital stay, and complications.
