[摘要] 目的：探讨饮食预见性护理对老年脑血管病的疗效观察。方法：对本院2006年5月～2009年10月收治入院的226例脑血管老年患者进行饮食护理，观察疗效。结果：经过半年到1年后随访，患者身体情况良好，未发生营养不良等并发症，无一例发生因饮食护理不当而发生意外事件。结论：通过合理的饮食护理，能更好地维护生命，提高生活质量，是老年患者康复最基本的保证。

    [Abstract] Objective: To discuss dietary nuring care on elderly cerebral vascular patients effect. Methods: From May 2006 to October 2009 226 cases elderly cerebral vascular patients admitted to our hospitalgot dietary nursing care,observed the effect.
