[摘要] 目的 探讨高危妊娠孕期管理与监测对孕产妇及围生儿的重要意义。 方法 回顾性分析400例高危妊娠孕妇的诊治资料，探讨高危妊娠的管理与监测方法。 结果 400例高危妊娠通过有效的管理与监测，采取适当的干预措施及治疗措施，无孕产妇、围生儿死亡发生。 结论 加强高危妊娠相关知识的普及教育、产前建卡、定期产检、对高危妊娠孕妇实施追踪管理、加强高危妊娠相关指标的监测并根据监测结果采取适当的干预措施，可以有效地保证高危妊娠孕产妇及围生儿的健康安全。

    Study on the management and monitoring of 400 cases of high-risk pregnancy

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the significance of management and monitoring on pregnant women and perinatal infants. Methods The clinical documents of 400 cases of high risk pregnancy were reviewed to discuss the methods of management and monitoring of high risk pregnancy. Results There was no pregnant death or perinatal death occurred in 400 cases of high risk pregnancy under the effective management and monitoring with scientific intervention and treatments. Conclusion The safety of high risk pregnant women and perinatal infants can be ensured by improved education of knowledge related to high risk pregnancy, prenatal cards, regular prenatal examinations, track management, monitoring on indexes associated with high risk pregnancy and corresponding intervention in accordance with the results. ......
