[摘要] 目的 了解在我军人员中的口腔保健情况，为我军开展军人口腔疾病医疗保健提供依据。 方法 采用世界卫生组织1987年版口腔健康调查基本方法和标准器材，并根据我军实际情况需要设定相关问卷调查项目，采用整群抽样的方法分别对西北某部643名官兵进行口腔健康调查。获得数据采用FoxPro6.0软件建立数据库，SPSS 11.5软件进行统计描述分析。 结果 结果表明该部现役人员7.6%(49/643)官兵没有刷牙保健意识，63.8%(410/643)的官兵对我军目前的口腔保健有要求或意见。 结论 该部官兵口腔保健意识还不够，同时也长期存在我军基层官兵口腔保健服务缺失的问题。

[Abstract] Objective To understand the oral health status of our military in order to supply the basis of oral health status of our military. Methods The methodology and standard equipments of oral health investigations based on the WHO in 1987, and the datas of 643 military of Northwest of China were investigated by multistage stratified cluster sampling which were collected by self-administered structured questionnaires and clinical examinations (WHO criteria) and analyzed with FoxPro 6.0 and SPSS 11.5 software. Results The survey results revealed that 7.6% (49/643) of military were found to have no awareness of oral health care; 63.8% (410/643) military required regular oral health care or medical treatment. Conclusion The consciousnesses of military in Northwest of China are bad and the problem of lack of oral medical service of military still should be presented in a long time.

为了了解我军人员的口腔保健情况，为我军开展军人口腔疾病医疗保健提供依据，2011年5月17日～6月20日笔者对西北某部官兵口腔健康状况进行问卷调查与研究。现将对643名西北某部官兵口腔保健情况进行统计分析的结果报道如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
对西北某部643名官兵进行整群抽样。问卷调查表格的标准以世界卫生组织1987年公布的标准为准[1]进行凋查。并对调查员进行口腔检查培训，采用现场调查的方式对每位军人进行口腔健康检查，同时记录结果数据，其中口腔健康检查由1人承担，调查器械使用统一提供的一次性探针、平面口镜。
1.2 问卷调查标准及记录方法
口腔保健情况按以下记录[2]，(1)是否需要每日刷牙：0为不需要；1为需要，有条件；2为需要，无条件。(2)是否对我军口腔保健有要求：0为无；1为有。
2 结果
本次调查得到了643名西北某部官兵的口腔健康相关数据，采用FoxPro 6.0软件将原始数据建立数据库，再采用SPSS 11.5软件进行统计学分析所得结果见表1、2。
3 讨论
刷牙是保持口腔清洁的主要方法，也是目前最广泛使用的口腔卫生方法。它能消除口腔内软白污物、食物碎片和部分牙面菌斑，而且有按摩牙龈作用，从而减少口腔环境中致病因素，增强组织的抗病能力，刷牙对于预防各种口腔疾病，特别是对于预防和治疗牙周病和龋病等具有重要的作用。刷牙的时间每天应做到早起和晚上临睡前各刷牙一次，并坚持饭后漱口。每次刷牙需3～5 min才能将牙齿的各个部位刷到[3-5]。晚上睡前刷牙更为重要 ......
