[摘要] 目的 探讨关节腔注射臭氧对膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。 方法 将46例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分成治疗组与对照组。治疗组行膝关节穿刺术向关节腔内注射医用臭氧30 mL(浓度为30 mg/L)，每周1次，连用4次为1个疗程。对照组行膝关节穿刺术向关节腔注入利多卡因、0.9%氯化钠溶液、曲安奈德混合液15 mL，每周1次，连用4次为1个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1个疗程后、治疗2个疗程后VAS评分及WOMAC评分。比较两组患者治疗2个疗程后的临床治疗效果。 结果 两组患者治疗前VAS评分及WOMAC评分无差别(P > 0.05)。治疗1个疗程后对照组VAS评分低于治疗组，治疗2个疗程后治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P < 0.01)。治疗1、2个疗程后治疗组WOMAC评分均优于对照组(P < 0.01)。治疗组治疗效果优于对照组(P <0.01)。 结论 医用臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎近期临床疗效良好，成本低，操作简单，值得推广。

Observation on the curative effects of medical ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

[Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect on the injection of knee joint space ozone osteoarthritis. Methods Forty six cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given the paracentesis of knee joint with injection of medical space ozone 30 mL(concentration for 30 mg/L), once a week, act for one period of treatment 4 times. The control group was given the paracentesis of knee joint with Lidocaine, Physiological saline, Triamcinolone Acetonide Mixed Liquor 15 mL, once a week, act for one period of treatment 4 times. The VAS score and the WOMAC score before treatment and after treatment of 1 course and of two groups were compared. The clinical effects after treatment of 2 courses in two groups were compared. Results There were no significant difference in the VAS score and the WOMAC score before treatment of two groups (P > 0.05). The VAS score of the control group after treatment of 1 course was lower than that of the treatment group, the VAS score of the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01). the WOMAC scores of treatment group after treatment of 1course and 2 courses was higher than that in control group (P <0 ......
