急性心肌梗死与气象因子关系初析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 分析气象因子与急性心肌梗死发病的关系。 方法 利用2001年1月1日~2010年12月31日10年内在青田县人民医院住院治疗的急性心肌梗死疾病病例,并搜集同期青田县气象观测站的相关气象资料,进行对比分析。 结果 急性心肌梗死的发病与气温、水汽压呈反相关,与气压呈正相关;秋、冬季是急性心肌梗死的高发季节,气温剧降或持续低温天气急性心肌梗死患者明显增加。 结论 气象因子是引起急性心肌梗死发病的重要因素之一,对于防治急性心肌梗死具有重要意义。

    Preliminary analysis on acute myocardial infarction and meteorological factors

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the relationship between the meteorological factors and the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction. Methods To make a comparative analysis with the disease cases of acute myocardial infarction admitted to Qingtian People's Hospital from January 1. 2001 to December 31. 2010, and the relative meteorological documents collected by Qingtian meteorological observation station. Results A negative relationship was observed between the acute myocardial infarction and the temperature, vapor pressure; a positive relationship was observed between the acute myocardial infarction and the atmospheric pressure; the peak occurrence seasons found in the Autumn and Winter; obvious increase of the number of acute myocardial infarction patients was observed when the temperature decreased suddenly or the low temperature weather lasted. Conclusion Meteorological factors is one of the important causes which may generate acute myocardial infarction, it has significance for prevention and control myocardial infarction.
