利培酮与舒必利治疗老年女性精神分裂症患者的疗效及其对糖脂代谢的比较研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 比较利培酮与舒必利对老年女性精神分裂症患者的疗效及对糖脂代谢的影响。 方法 老年女性精神分裂症患者80例，随机均分为利培酮组和舒必利组，分别服用利培酮和舒必利，疗程12周。用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效。于治疗前后测量空腹血糖、三酰甘油、胆固醇、胰岛素、C肽，测量身高、体质量、腰围、臀围，并计算体质量指数(BMI)和胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)。 结果 (1)利培酮组与舒必利组总有效率分别为90.0%和77.5%，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。(2)治疗后，利培酮组和舒必利组INS、C肽及IR值均较治疗前显著升高(P均 < 0.05)，且舒必利组升高幅度高于利培酮组(P < 0.05)；(3)舒必利组治疗后BMI和腰臀比值均较治疗前显著升高(P均 < 0.05)。 结论 利培酮治疗老年女性精神分裂症疗效优于舒必利，且对糖脂代谢影响小于舒必利。

The effect and side-effects of Risperidone and Sulpiride on the glucose metabolisam and lipid metabolism in elderly women with Schizophrenia

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effects and side-effects of Risperidone and Sulpiride on the glucose metabolisam and lipid metabolism in elderly women with Schizophrenia. Methods Eighty cases elderly women with Schizophrenia were selected and divided into two groups (Risperidone group and Sulpiride group) randomly. PANSS scale was used as effect assessment. FBG, FBS, TG, CHOL, insulin, C peptide, height, weight, waistline and hipline were measured. And BMI and IR were calculated according to the parameters above. Results (1)The total effective rate of Risperidone and Sulpiride group were 90.0% and 77.5% respectively (P < 0.05). (2)INS, C peptide and IRS increased significantly in two groups but the Sulpiride group added more than the Risperidone group. (3)BMI, waistline and hipline increased significantly in Sulpiride group. Conclusion The effect of Risperidone treatment of elderly women with Schizophrenia is better than Sulpiride ......
