曲美他嗪联合小剂量依那普利治疗舒张性心力衰竭的效果研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨曲美他嗪联合小剂量依那普利治疗舒张性心力衰竭的效果。 方法 将本院心内科2009年8月～2011年8月收治的60例舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和研究组，两组均给予曲美他嗪治疗，仅研究组加用小剂量的依那普利。观察两组治疗后的左心室舒张功能(等容舒张时间、E血流速率、晚期充盈A峰速率、E/A)，心功能及治疗效果。 结果 (1)研究组的左心室舒张功能指标均优于对照组，除等容舒张时间(P < 0.05)外，其余均为P < 0.01；(2)研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P < 0.05)，显效例数多于对照组(P < 0.01)，无效例数少于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 曲美他嗪联合小剂量依那普利治疗舒张性心力衰竭的效果较好，可改善左心室舒张功能并提高治疗有效率。

    The effect of the combination of trimetazidine and low dose enalapril on diastolic heart failure

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of the combination of trimetazidine and low dose enalapril on diastolic heart failure. Methods Sixty cases with diastolic heart failure admitted by our hospital from August 2009 to August 2011 were randomly divided into control group and study group. Both groups were given trimetazidine， while only study group was given low dose enalapril. The left ventricular diastolic function (isovolumic relaxation time， early filling peak rate， late filling peak rate， E/A)， cardiac function and treatment effect of two groups were observed. Results (1)The left ventricular diastolic function parameters of study group were superior to those in control group， and in addition to the isovolumic relaxation time (P < 0.05)， the rest were P < 0.01； (2)The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05)， and the effective cases were more than that of the control group (P < 0.05)， the ineffective cases were less than that of control group (P < 0 ......
