[摘要] 目的 探讨整体护理对幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者疗效的影响。 方法 选取155例幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，所有患者均接受奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林三联疗法治疗，根据患者是否接受整体护理将上述患者分为观察组(n = 83)与对照组(n = 72)，比较两组患者的疗效。 结果 (1)观察组幽门螺杆菌转阴率显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。(2)观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 整体护理可以提高幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者的疗效。

Effect of holistic nursing care to curative in patients with helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing care to curative effect in patients with helicobacter pylori(Hp) peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 155 cases of paients with Hp positive peptic ulcer were selected and serviced as object， all patients taken triple therapy with omeprazole， clarithromycin and amoxicillin， patients were divided into observion group (n = 83) and control group (n = 72) according to whether or not taken holistic nursing care， curative effect were contrasted between observion group and control group. Results (1)Negative rate was higher in observion group than in control group (P < 0.05). (2)Effective power was higher in observion group than in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing care could improve the curative effect in patients with helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer.

消化性溃疡是指发生在胃和十二指肠的慢性溃疡，目前大量研究充分表明幽门螺杆菌感染是消化性溃疡最主要的病因，因此，抗幽门螺杆菌是治疗消化性溃疡的重要手段[1]。值得注意的是，在幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者的治疗过程中，有必要给予患者整体护理措施。本研究旨在探讨整体护理对幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者疗效的影响，现报道如下：
