综上所述,应该高度重视肾盂前后径≥15 mm,肾皮质厚度<5 mm且肾动脉的RI≥0.7的肾盂扩张胎儿。对于生后肾盂扩张的患儿,应尽早行泌尿系统检查以明确病因,及时采取临床措施。三维超声API及TUI技术能够迅速、准确地获得诊断肾积水的标准切面,弥补了二维超声的局限性,是检查肾脏的新方法。
