新型综合培养模式在新生儿科进修医生临床带教中的应用(1)
[摘要] 探讨新生儿科进修医生的新型综合培养模式，为市级妇幼保健院进修医生的临床带教提供借鉴方法。笔者总结如下：加强岗前培训、实行个性化带教、注重良好的医德医风和医患沟通能力的培养，加强三基本训练，把问题式教学、哲学思维和EBM应用到临床带教实践中，切实加强考核和管理制度是进修医生成功带教的必备条件。
