[摘要] 目的 探讨特殊护理干预在子宫输卵管造影术中的应用效果。 方法 分析2013年6月～2015年12月265例子宫输卵管造影术患者临床资料，依据是否实施特殊护理进行分组，对照组115例和特殊护理组150例。观察两组患者子宫输卵管造影术检查效果和术后不良反应情况。 结果 特殊护理组患者子宫输卵管造影术检查成功率为97.3%、失败率为2.7%、通畅率为72%、阻塞率为28%均优于对照组的80%、20%、50.4%、49.6%；特殊护理组患者子宫输卵管造影术后没有不适为60%、轻度不适为21.3%、中度不适为18.7%、重度不适为0比例均优于对照组的17.4%、32.2%、31.3%、19.1%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 特殊护理干预在子宫输卵管造影术中应用，可以提高检查效果，降低术后不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
