[摘要] 目的 探讨Beyond冷光美白联合祛氟剂及微磨除法治疗着色型氟斑牙的临床效果。 方法 选取2012年3月～2015年3月我院口腔科门诊就诊的着色型氟斑牙患者20例，采取Beyond冷光美白联合祛氟剂及微磨除法进行治疗，由患者对美白效果进行评分，通过评分结果比较疗效。 结果 通过3个美白疗程患者满意19例，较满意1例；经过微磨除后，患者较满意13例，非常满意7例。 结论 对着色型氟斑牙，通过3个疗程的Beyond冷光美白联合祛氟剂并微磨除法可以取得良好的临床效果。
