优质护理在妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血护理中的应用观察(1)
[摘要]目的 探析优质护理在妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血中的临床效果。方法 选取我院2012年6月～2014年6月收治的110例产后出血的妊娠高血压综合征产妇为研究对象，随机分为对照组及观察组，其中对照组51例，采用常规护理，观察组59例，在对照组基础上实行优质护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者在舒张压、收缩压、生存质量评分、产后出血视觉模拟评分上明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 为产后出血的妊娠高血压综合征产妇实行优质护理可极大改善其身体体质，并对血压进行有效控制，可在临床治疗中大力推广。
