[摘要]通过回顾性分析1例侵袭性肺部曲霉菌感染(IPAI)并类白血病反应患儿的诊疗经过及复习相关文献，可以看到IPAI主要发生于基础疾病程度重，机械通气、抗生素、糖皮质激素应用时间长的患儿，其可以并发类白血病反应，要注意结合临床和实验室检查及早诊断和治疗IPAI。
