肺表面活性物质联合高频震荡通气与米力农治疗新生儿持续性肺动脉高压的临床效果(1)
[摘要]目的 观察分析肺表面活性物质联合高频震荡通气与米力农治疗新生儿持续性肺动脉高压(PPHN)的临床效果。方法 将我院2015年3月~2016年8月收治的114例PPHN患者作为实验对象,随机分成对照组1、对照组2及观察组,每组各38例。对照组1使用高頻震荡通气,对照组2使用高频震荡通气与米力农治疗,观察组使用高频震荡通气联合肺表面活性物质与米力农治疗,比较分析三组患儿治疗效果、肺动脉收缩压(PASP)及機械通气时间等。结果 对照组1治疗总有效率为26.31%(10/38),对照组2治疗总有效率为47.37%(18/38),观察组为92.11%(35/38),观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组1与对照组2;观察组治疗后的PASP、吸氧浓度、动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而相较于对照组1与对照组2,观察组动脉氧分压(PaO2)明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总机械通气时间为(83.46±9.91) h,明显短于对照组2的(118.35±12.57) h、对照组1的(136.35±11.23) h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高频震荡通气联合肺表面活性物质与米力农治疗PPHN的临床效果较好,有效提升了治疗总有效率,改善PASP及机械通气时间,值得使用与推广。
