[摘要]替诺福韦酯是2014年在我国正式上市用于慢性乙型肝炎的抗病毒治疗的核苷类新药，应用以来其肾损害的副作用引起较多关注，本文就替诺福韦酯的的副作用、肾脏损害特点和机制、临床表现、临床对策等方面进行一综述，为本药的临床应用提供借鉴参考。
