噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗支气管扩张症的临床效果观察(1)
[摘要]目的 探究噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗支气管扩张症的临床效果。方法 选取2016年4月～2017年4月我院收治的98例支气管扩张症患者作为研究对象，按照入院顺序将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各49例。对照组患者给予常规治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上联合给予噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的深吸气量、用力呼气量及治疗总有效率等实验数据。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的深吸气量[(1.98±0.31)ml]、用力呼气量[(2.56±0.71)L]高于对照组[(1.78±0.35)ml、(2.01±0.68)L]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组患者的临床症状评分[(2.18±0.11)分]低于对照组[(3.25±0.25)分]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率(93.88%)高于对照组(75.51%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗支气管扩张症的效果确切，可更好的改善患者的临床指标，提高治疗有效率，值得推广。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tiotropium Bromide Powder Inhalant therapy for bronchiectasis.Methods A total of 98 patients with bronchiectasis admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospital admission，49 patients in each group.In the control group，conventional treatment was provided，while in the observation group，on the basis of the control group，Tiotropium Bromide Powder Inhalant was added.The experimental data such as deep inspiratory volume，forced expiratory volume and effectiveness total rate before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment，the deep inspiratory volume and forced expiratory volume in the observation group were (1.98±0.31) ml and (2.56±0.71) L，which were higher than those in the control group of (1.78±0.35) ml and (2.01±0.68) L，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment，the clinical symptom score of the observation group was (2.18±0.11) points，which was lower than that of the control group of (3.25±0.25) points，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment，the therapeutic effectiveness total rate was 93.88% in the observation group，which was much higher than that in the control group accounting for 75.51%，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Tiotropium Bromide Powder Inhalant has a definite effect on treating bronchiectasis，which can remarkably improve the clinical indicators and increase the therapeutic effectiveness rate.It′s worth spreading.

支氣管扩张症是一种常见的呼吸系统疾病，患者临床大多表现出不同程度的咳嗽、咳脓性痰等[1]。临床治疗中，常规治疗大多采用祛痰、抗感染等方法，以改善患者的气道清除能力，缓解各项临床症状等。常规治疗在短期内可获得一定疗效，但并无法改善患者肺功能，减少急性发作[2]。近年来，吸入疗法开始在临床得到广泛应用，为该病的临床治疗提供了一定的参考和新思路[3-4]。噻托溴铵属于新型的选择性M3受体拮抗剂，在扩张支气管的同时还会起到调节气道炎症的作用。同时，噻托溴铵粉剂可通过吸入方式对患者进行治疗，是一种安全、无创、便捷的治疗方案，因此在临床上得到普遍的应用。本研究选取我院收治的98例支气管扩张症患者作为研究对象，探究噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗支气管扩张症的临床效果，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(刘欢 刘宁 白国峰)
