[摘要]目的 探讨经皮穿刺脊神经根封闭术在腰腿痛患者定位诊断中的应用价值。方法 选择2017年1～12月我院收治的接受经皮穿刺脊神经根封闭术治疗的腰腿痛患者56例作为研究对象，对其临床诊疗资料进行回顾性分析，比较术前、术后患者的VAS、JOA评分。结果 本组患者术前均接受MRI检查，经皮穿刺脊神经根封闭术对患者患处定位的准确率显著高于MRI检查(P<0.05)。术后7 d、3个月的VAS评分、JOA评分均较术前明显改善(P<0.05)；术后7 d、3个月的VAS评分、JOA评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对于定位不明确的腰腿痛患者，术前通过经皮穿刺脊神经根封闭术可以实现准确的定位诊断，可为临床治疗方式的选择提供更可靠的参考依据，对提高临床治疗效果具有十分重要的意义。
