[摘要]目的 探究视频脑电图(VEEG)在后循环卒中早期的临床应用价值。方法 随机抽取2017年4月～2018年4月在赣州市立医院神经内科住院的36例后循环卒中患者作为研究对象，所有患者均于入院24 h内接受VEEG检查，在检查结束后，比较采用VEEG检查前后患者的病死率及生活质量评分。结果 采用VEEG检查后患者的病死率为0.0%，低于采用VEEG检查前的22.2%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用VEEG检查后患者的生活质量总评分为(85.9±14.9)分，高于检查前的(68.6±14.4)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VEEG在后循环卒中早期的临床应用价值显著，可以帮助患者明确后循环病变部位，促进其生活质量的提升，降低患者的病死率，延长其生命，建议临床上进一步推广。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical application value of video electroencephalogram (VEEG) in the early stage of posterior circulation stroke.
