[摘要]目的 探讨克霉唑联合左旋咪唑治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果。方法 选择鄂州市妇幼保健院妇女保健科2014年7月～2015年12月就诊的160例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法不同，分为观察组和对照组，各80例。对照组给予克霉唑阴道用药，观察组在对照组基础上加用口服左旋咪唑，比较两组的临床疗效和复发率。结果 观察组的临床治愈率为97.5%，明显高于对照组的82.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的复发率为5.13%，明显低于对照组的15.15%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 克霉唑联合左旋咪唑治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病可以提高疗效，降低复发率，值得临床推广应用。
