[摘要]目的 探讨舒适护理在输卵管通液术患者术后的应用效果。方法 选择我院2018年2月～2019年2月收治的80例输卵管通液术患者作为研究对象，根据术后护理方法不同分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组使用施常规护理，观察组使用舒适护理。比较两组患者的腹胀、恶心、呕吐等不良反应发生率及总满意度。结果 观察组的不良反应总发生率为5.75%，低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的总满意度为97.50%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论 在输卵管通液术中使用舒适护理的效果显著，临床应用及推广价值较高。
